Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave instructions on how to access your home in the private notes section of the app (during checkout).
What’s the Buzy Guarantee?

What's the cancellation policy?
We understand things come up. Life happens, we get it. However, if you have to cancel in less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service window you may be charged a cancellation fee. Remember with a Buzy Membership you do NOT need to be home to receive a service. Simply login to your account and update your request and profile providing details on how to access your home.

How do I schedule a service?
Simply choose your service type, enter in a few details about your request, review pricing and pick a day/time that works for you....and DONE.
How are customers matched with pros?
Buzy pros are hand selected and fully vetted. You’ll be matched with a certified contractor based on your service requirements and location.
How is Payment Handled?
There is NO membership fee to use Buzy! All payments for services are charged upon completion of the work using the card given upon service booking (changes can be made in app). Then we handle paying the vendors once we ensure the work was completed to your standards. Pretty simple!
Should I tip my pro?
You can certainly use your discretion upon completion of service whether you want to personally tip your pro, but we do not currently accept contractor tips on the app.
How does Buzy work?
Download the Buzy App, create an account and start searching over 200+ home services! Once you’ve selected your general service request, you’ll be able to narrow down your exact requirements. If you can’t find it, no problem! Get as close to the requested home maintenance or cosmetic job as you can and enter in additional notes for the Buzy team to review.
Once you’ve selected your service, you’ll then be provided a quote for your approval. Our pricing is set by the industry standard, no mark ups or hidden fees. Once you approve the cost of service, you’ll then be prompted to pick a day and time that fits your schedule. From there, simply enter in a credit card to hold the service request. You will not be charged until completion of service.
How do I create an account for my home?
Search and download “Buzy Home Services” in the app or google play store and follow the prompts to create an account.
